This product was developed specifically to promote sleep. It may help to reduce muscle cramps and may support nervous system health.
How to use this product
Adults should take one (1) 5 gram scoop per day with 200-250ml of water.
We recommend mixing the powder and water in a bottle/shaker, and consuming the drink from the same bottle/shaker.
When you have added water to the powder, you should shake the bottle/shaker well. It is recommended to consume this product 20-60 minutes prior to sleep.
